01 General Introduction & Applicability

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the 98db platform and all of its services. 98db is an online betting and gaming platform that provides cricket betting, slots, live casino, and various other entertainment services for users in Bangladesh.

By registering an account on 98db or using any service on the platform, you are considered to have given your full consent to these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using the platform.

02 Eligibility & Account Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

2.2 One Account Policy

Each individual may create only one account. Creating multiple accounts by the same person will be considered a violation of the bonus terms, and all associated accounts may be suspended or terminated as a result.

2.3 Accuracy of Information

All information provided at the time of registration must be truthful, accurate, and up to date. 98db reserves the right to cancel an account and forfeit deposited funds if false information is provided.

2.4 Account Security

Keeping your account password and login details confidential is entirely your responsibility. Allowing third parties to use your account is prohibited. Notify the 98db support team immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

03 Deposit & Withdrawal Terms

3.1 Minimum Amounts

  • Minimum deposit: ৳500 (same for all methods).
  • Minimum withdrawal: ৳800.

3.2 Accepted Payment Methods

3.3 Withdrawal Timeframe

3.4 Verification Process

98db may request identity verification before processing a withdrawal. Failure to provide the required documents on time may delay the withdrawal process.

Before withdrawing deposited funds, please make sure all wagering requirements on active bonuses have been met.

04 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New users at 98db will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000.

  • Example: Deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,500 bonus — total balance ৳2,500.
  • Example: Deposit ৳12,000 and receive a maximum bonus of ৳8,000 — total balance ৳20,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated based on the bonus amount only, not on the principal amount deposited.

  • Example: ৳1,500 bonus × 15 = ৳22,500 must be wagered before withdrawing bonus winnings.

4.3 Bonus Usage Terms

  • Each bonus offer may be claimed only once per user.
  • There must be valid activity on the account to earn a bonus.
  • If a bonus is misused through multiple accounts or false information, the bonus will be cancelled.
  • 98db reserves the right to modify or discontinue any bonus offer at any time.

05 VIP Program

5.1 VIP Tiers

The 98db VIP program has three tiers, determined based on player activity:

  • Bronze: Up to 0.3% weekly cashback benefit.
  • Silver: Up to 0.5% weekly cashback benefit.
  • Gold: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback benefit.

5.2 Tier Changes

Players can move up to a higher VIP tier through regular and active participation. The tier determination process is managed by 98db, and their decision on this matter is final.

5.3 Cashback Eligibility

Weekly cashback is provided subject to meeting the conditions of the relevant VIP tier. The cashback amount will be added to the account each week according to the set rules.

06 Fair Use & Prohibited Activities

6.1 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 98db platform:

  • Claiming bonus benefits by creating multiple accounts.
  • Attempting to hack or manipulate the platform's software, games, or systems.
  • Using another user's account credentials or conducting fraudulent transactions.
  • Using the platform for money laundering or illegal purposes.
  • Using automated software (bots) or scripts on the system.
  • Harassing, abusive, or discriminatory behavior toward other users.

6.2 Consequences of Violations

In the event of a violation of any of the above rules, 98db reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice. In such cases, the associated balance may be forfeited.

07 Betting & Gaming Rules

7.1 General Betting Rules

Once all bets are finalized, they cannot be changed or cancelled. Each bet will be settled according to the specific rules of the relevant game or event.

7.2 Technical Issues

If any game or bet remains incomplete due to a technical error or system disruption, 98db reserves the right to cancel that bet and return the deposited funds.

7.3 Sports Betting

Markets and odds available in the sports betting section may change without prior notice. If an event is cancelled or postponed, the relevant bet will be settled according to the rules.

7.4 Live Casino & Slots

All casino games and slots offered on 98db are operated according to the rules of the respective game provider. Fair play is ensured using Random Number Generator (RNG) technology.

08 Security & Privacy

12 Changes to Terms & Termination

12.2 Service Termination

Users may request to close their account at any time. Before account closure, all pending bets will be settled and any remaining balance will be returned by the designated method (active bonus wagering requirements apply).
